This recipe is a very simple option for those lazy Saturdays when you crave for something baked, pasta and tomato sauce. That happens quite often in our home! If you are entertaining vegan guests, give this a try as they won’t be disappointed! Tea time {review}

I’m so happy it’s already fall. It’s been my favorite time of year for as long as I can remember. Some people find it depressing but, as far as I’m concerned, there is nothing quite like wearing the first cardigan of the season, fluffy scarfs as mornings get chilly and having cold but rosy cheeks while walking my dog amongst the green, golden and red leaves.
